Vertex is seeking a Senior Manager for Continuous Improvement within their International Supply Chain, responsible for implementing improvement initiatives and managing partnerships with 3PLs. The role requires strong experience in logistics for pharmaceutical products and project management, with a focus on efficiency and cost-saving strategies
Job Summary
The Senior Manager Continuous Improvement is responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the Logistics Network of Vertex International and their 3PLs.
This position will own the continuous improvement governance framework with 3PL partners and be responsible for the continuous improvement budget.
Key duties include leading CI related workshops, identifying and delivering CI initiatives, and implementing process improvements to reduce complexity and eliminate non-value-added activities.
