Base: Up to $90,000 /yr; Bonus/Equity: Production (18-20 hours /wk) (Pro-sal with no negative accrual and no deficits); Benefits: $1,800 Annual CE allowance + 2 days CE PTO, 401(k) and Roth IRA, $175 a month student loan reimbursement, 24/7 Mental health support via telemedicine, $1,000 Discretionary spending
