Utility Supervisors serve as leadership to Consulting Utility Foresters and other operations department employees while performing inspections to identify work requirements.
The role requires conducting audits of work identified by CUFs and post-work audits of executed tree pruning contractor work to ensure quality control.
Supervisors act as a liaison between clients, tree crews, and customers to resolve concerns and assist the Operations Manager in ensuring field safety compliance.

Must-have
Valid Driver License required
Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to work in inclement weather
Experience with electric utility projects
Knowledge of local tree growth rates
Nice-to-have
ISA Certified Arborist preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of customer service skills
Self-motivated and production oriented
Experience with GIS software desired
