Job Summary

  • The Technical Representative will have the overall responsibility of field technical support for a given customer base (geographical or account based).
  • Responsible for visiting customers and relaying information back to the customer center through the Customer Visits Report Portal on WebTek, post visit.
  • Providing coaching to the Junior Technicians in terms of know-how and best practices.
