The role requires a QMAP certification and physical capability to assist residents, with a schedule of 6pm-6am on Saturdays and Mondays
Job Summary
Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance and services according to the health care provider's orders.
Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors and maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents and observations.
