Job Summary

  • Aptiv's Tax Leadership Development Program (TLDP) is a rotational program aimed at developing Aptiv’s tax leaders of the future, providing participants with a wide breadth of experience across the tax organization.
  • Participants will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months, in different areas of tax, with at least one international assignment.
  • Following successful completion, participants have an opportunity for accelerated career growth and to continue working in roles within Tax with increased responsibility.
