Job Summary

  • The IT Support Specialist will support the IT Manager and the IT department by providing technical services for live events, conferences, meetings, and daily IT operations throughout the facility.
  • Responsible for On-boarding new hires with setting up and configuring workstations, assembling, deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining office computers, laptops, iPads, POS Terminals, printers, and cell phones.

Key Requirements

  • Associate degree or IT-related degree program
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • 1-2 years in an IT support role
  • Experience with Help Desk or network environments
  • Experience working directly with users/clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Citrix, Microsoft, and/or Azure
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, MacOS, iOS
  • Troubleshooting knowledge of desktop, laptop, tablet, VOIP phone, mobile device, and Office 365
  • Support collaboration services with Windows 10, iOS, Server 2012/2016/2019, Office 365
  • Comfortable with network switch installations, configurations, management, and support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work extended and/or irregular hours
  • CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification, preferred
  • CCNA certification highly, preferred
  • MCITP and other relevant IT certifications a plus
  • Ability to lift and hold at least 50 pounds
  • Kneel, crawl, bend, crouch, stoop, climb ladders and frequently walk
