Job Summary
The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures, and ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with established procedures.
You will be responsible for ensuring that a sufficient number of licensed practical and/or registered nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for your tour of duty to ensure that quality care is maintained.
