This role focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to generate innovative products, services, and business models for AIA Digital+.
The successful candidate will manage the release lifecycle for multiple AI-powered products including Copilot, RAG Platform, and Agentic AI deliverables.
You will partner with Product Managers to translate business objectives from underwriting, claims, and marketing into actionable technical items.

Must-have
5+ years software engineering experience
Front-end development with Angular or React
Back-end development with Java or Python
Cloud platforms and Linux/Windows/Unix
Agile SDLC delivery experience

Azure cloud platform familiarity

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of software engineering experience
