Job Summary
Design and develop engaging learning experiences, e-learning, ILT/VILT, and blended solutions for employees across global locations.
Partner with the L&D Manager to contribute to the global learning charter, owning the tool and technology perspective, including LMS governance and content standards.
Use Cornerstone reporting and analytics alongside learner feedback to evaluate content effectiveness and drive improvements.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on experience in instructional design
Hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand
Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise)
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, HR, or related field
