Job Summary

  • As a Marketing Technology Lead within the Martech team, you will lead the end-to-end solution lifecycle of our Dynamics 365 Customer Experience ecosystem, spanning solution design, configuration, delivery, governance, and ongoing support.
  • Your primary focus will be on Dynamics 365 Customer Experience - CEM, Customer Insights, Customer Journeys, Dataverse, and Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on customer data, marketing activation, and continuous improvement.
  • Looking ahead, you will help shape Ampol’s roadmap for AI-enabled customer engagement, intelligent automation, and next generation Marketing and CRM capabilities across the enterprise.
