Salary
Base: $126,000 CAD - $176,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Annual Bonus based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive plans including flexible vacation, mental health days, and tuition reimbursement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Qualified to practice law in Canada
Minimum 5 years relevant legal experience
Strong knowledge of Canadian securities laws
Experience with continuous disclosure filings
Ability to manage multiple projects

Previous in-house legal experience
