Apex Group is seeking a VP for Middle Office Loan Services with extensive experience in loan operations, asset administration, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a deep knowledge of credit funds and various loan types

Job Summary

  • The candidate will have a good working knowledge and experience working with CLOs, CDOs, Credit Funds and the different types of Loans.
  • Responsibilities include performing and coordinating a variety of administrative and reconciliation duties, processing agent notices, corporate actions, and settling trades.
  • The candidate should have 14+ years of experience in Loan Services with extensive knowledge of Credit Funds and reconciliation, and familiarity with Solvas (CDO-Suite) and Allvue.
