Job Summary
Drive client retention and portfolio growth by building strong client relationships, delivering data-driven insights, and executing effective renewal and engagement strategies.
Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, conducting regular client interactions and implementing real-time feedback systems to improve client experience.
Analyze claims data, utilization trends, and client feedback to inform decision-making, identify at-risk accounts, and track key KPIs.
