Job Summary

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems for assigned properties.
  • Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s), including maintaining heating equipment, chillers, pumps, and air distribution systems.
