Electrical and mechanical building systems
Project management in property management
Maintenance scheduling and budgeting
Energy conservation and utility monitoring
Sub-contractor and contractor coordination
Nice-to-have
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of Auto-CAD or Bimbery
Strong organizational and planning skills
Good verbal and written communication
Problem-solving and attention to detail
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
5-10 years experience in project management
Experience in electrical and mechanical management in property or real estate
Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics
Experience with building maintenance schedules and budget management
