This role partners with Product Owners and operational leaders to drive efficiencies across enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and ensure seamless data flow.
The role demands a blend of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to translate business requirements into functional definitions and conduct UAT.

Base: $90,000 - $100,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary bonus; Benefits: 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance, paid time off, parental leave

End-to-end business process documentation
System integration requirements
Data flow mapping
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

K-12 education industry background
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Technology or business-related practice
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience supporting enterprise ERP and CRM ecosystems
Experience with data management concepts
Solid research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
