Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include using resident identification, reporting changes in condition, recording information accurately, and assisting residents with daily functions.
This role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as dental care, bathing, dressing, and mobility, while ensuring their comfort and safety.
