Job Summary
You will be responsible for managing the client’s industrial real estate portfolio in Asia Pacific, Africa and Middle East, preparing strategy decks and recommendations to assist the client with scenario planning and decision making.
You will execute a wide variety of real estate transactions, including capital and lease acquisitions, sale and leasebacks and disposition transactions through local Markets teams across Asia, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and knowledge.
