Job Summary
The Sr. Operations Manager will support the Logistics operation by managing all assigned work streams in a large facility.
This role provides analysis, alternatives, recommendations, implementation plans, and oversight of inbound initiatives focused on maintaining and improving safety, regulatory compliance, and production & productivity integrity.
The position reports directly to the Site Director and has responsibility for managing a team of 250+ FTEs and 10+ leaders.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
