IEM is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Engineering Quality & Reporting Systems to enhance the development and implementation of engineering measurement systems, focusing on quality and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering leadership within power distribution and must possess strong data visualization and cross-functional collaboration skills

Job Summary

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of engineering measurement systems.
  • Define, establish data sources for, track, and maintain KPIs such as design defect density and field failure rate.
  • Champion Engineering Quality Review Board, holding regular meetings with engineering and external stakeholders where we present and review KPI’s.
