Job Summary

• The Mortgage Insurance Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of mortgage insurance obligations, including FHA Mortgage Insurance Premiums (MIP), Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI), and USDA Guaranteed Annual Fees (GAF).
• This role ensures compliance with investor, insurer, and regulatory requirements by processing insurance payments, refunds, cancellations, and maintaining accurate mortgage insurance records.
