Job Summary

This role is responsible for the complete dry milling (curing works) for a large arabica coffee plantation, including managing operations, quality control, and liaison with engineering teams.
The position requires a minimum graduate degree in Technology, Engineering, or a Technical Diploma, with 10-25 years of factory management experience, including at least 7 years at a senior level, with mandatory coffee processing experience.
