Salary
Base: $131,003-$209,605; Bonus/Equity: eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus; Benefits: company-funded retirement contribution, generous time-away and health benefits from day one, 2-for-1 matching gifts for charitable contributions, annual grants for organizations

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field
At least seven years of software engineering experience

Hands-on, solution level expertise with Harness.io
Practitioner of AI assisted development
Expertise in provisioning and optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform
