  • Read basic blueprints and shop drawings
  • Understand plans and specifications
  • BIM modeling competency

  • Deal with pressures of deadlines

Key Requirements

  • Up to 2 years commercial construction experience
  • Learn Total Station Layout for 4 months
  • Working knowledge of P6 software
  • Working knowledge of Our Plan software
  • General knowledge of Monthly Status Reports
  • Read and understand labor cost reports
