The Property Administrator will support the Property Management team for a Class A downtown premier office tower, assisting with the overall management of the real estate portfolio.
You will be responsible for responding to general day-to-day inquiries from tenants, service providers and contractors, and redirecting specific issues to the appropriate staff member for action and resolution.

Key Requirements
2-3 years of related work experience
Previous work experience in commercial real estate property management or property management leasing an asset

Basic knowledge of accounting an asset
Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
