Job Summary

  • Be the clinical expert and trusted partner who empowers healthcare providers to maximize advanced HealthTech solutions through expert guidance, hands-on problem solving, and first-time-right support that directly improves patient outcomes.
  • Supports new product implementations (NPIs) by working with Sales and Marketing teams, including cross training colleagues on NPI products via team meetings, remote/onsite shadowing, peer to peer training.

Salary

Base: $107,657-138,144; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered; Benefits: Comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years clinical experience in MR, Ultrasound
  • Familiarity with image generation and data analysis tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong conflict management and influencing skills
  • Clinical knowledge of modality specific workflow and implementation
  • Strong teaching, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Imaging experience and familiarity with digital imaging workstations
  • Troubleshooting computer, software, networking and basic DICOM knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of general anatomy, pathology, and physiology
  • Strong interpersonal, customer and management skills
  • Minimum Associates Degree in Radiology
  • Certification in MRI, CT, or Ultrasound Modalities preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the week
  • Located near a major airport (within or around 1 hour drive)
