  • Essential duties include directly supervising and guiding all therapy personnel, performing daily scheduling, providing direct care, assuring resident rehabilitation needs are met, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • The DOR must be able to travel as necessary, maintain confidentiality, identify areas for development, and promote a positive attitude regarding the company's mission and goals.
