This hybrid role is for an HR professional who will operate as both a senior people consultant and a subject matter expert on accommodations.
You will spend roughly 50% of your time leading and consulting on employee and candidate accommodations, and 50% providing people consulting support on performance, policy guidance, and manager coaching.

Salary
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $117,000 USD - $175,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,200 USD - $197,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
