Key Requirements
Twelve years of experience in group employee benefits insurance market
At least seven years of leadership experience in product development or finance
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Actuarial Science
Professional certifications strongly preferred (ASA/FSA)
Minimum five years of direct people leadership experience
