Key Requirements
Current certificate of competence from College of Nurses of Ontario
Relevant experience in long-term care (2 years or more preferred)
Working knowledge of MLTC Regulations, Fixing the LTC Act, Resident Bill of Rights
Knowledge and experience in RAI/MDS, Point Click Care, MEDelink
Successful completion of AIS training
Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead care teams in a unionized environment
