Key Requirements

  • Current certificate of competence from College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Relevant experience in long-term care (2 years or more preferred)
  • Working knowledge of MLTC Regulations, Fixing the LTC Act, Resident Bill of Rights
  • Knowledge and experience in RAI/MDS, Point Click Care, MEDelink
  • Successful completion of AIS training
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead care teams in a unionized environment
