Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting, as well as preparing and administering medications as ordered by the physician.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan and assessment functions to ensure quality resident care.
