Job Summary
As a Floor Leader, you will support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business, driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions.
Your day-to-day will be spent on the shop floor, where you'll lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass their goals by fostering a culture of passion and positivity.
Responsibilities include driving sales through coaching, delivering world-class customer experiences, educating customers on brand values, and ensuring operational excellence in cash handling, merchandising, and inventory management.
