Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• BS or equivalent in Bio/Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related discipline
• Years of drug product development experience in formulation and process development and technology transfer
• At least 8 years of experience developing drug product for early and late-stage programs
• At least 5 years of experience managing a team of scientists and engineers
• Proficient in current approaches for formulation and drug product process development
• Knowledge of high concentration protein formulation development
• Knowledge of current regulatory guidelines
