Job Summary

  • Lead the identification, prioritization, and implementation of continuous improvement projects in upholstery; our cutting and sewing department.
  • Develop sustainable improvements through engagement of the team utilizing servant leadership, technical knowledge, and continuous improvement tools to improve quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Provide technical and advisory support for Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development and develop processes to maximize production throughput.
