Must-have
Systems Engineering principles
Optical payload integration
Satellite payload–platform interfaces
Technical coordination and interface management
Performance budgeting and allocation
System-level analyses and trade-offs
Fluent Spanish and advanced English
Nice-to-have
Experience with high-resolution optical instruments
Knowledge of AIT activities for payload testing
Experience in spaceflight hardware development
Familiarity with ECSS standards
Configuration management and requirements tools
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work in international teams
Key Requirements
Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or Optical Engineering
Experience in optical payloads and Earth Observation satellite systems
Experience across multiple project phases from studies to verification
Experience in Satellite Prime environment
Fluent Spanish and advanced English language skills
