Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years facilities management experience
Direct janitorial operations responsibility
Vendor relationship management and contract compliance
Quality audit program execution and KPI tracking
Training program design and delivery for staff

Hands-on experience with janitorial technologies
Strong analytical capabilities for spend analysis

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field
ISSA CIMS, CIMS-GB, CMI, or LEED AP certification preferred
