  • This internship project will develop an internal, web-based post-translational modification (PTM) delta-mass reference database that consolidates aliases, establishes preferred nomenclature, and links to authoritative references.
  • The intern will compile content from UniMod, scientific literature, and internal records, design the database architecture, and deploy a user-friendly interface within the organization’s Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment using an appropriate web framework.
  • Gain hands-on experience developing and deploying a web-based database application within a leading biopharmaceutical environment.
