Job Summary

  • Perform new vendor setup and changes to existing vendors within PeopleSoft, Coupa and IMS, managing data and performing analysis/reconciliation.
  • Build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate and recommend appropriate documents to support vendor payment setup and ensure a positive vendor onboarding experience.
