Job Summary
The Manager of Digital and eCommerce will manage the team that is responsible for our eCommerce sales both internally with our click and collect program but also third-party delivery sites like Instacart.
Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring competitors in a given industry.
This role will also receive an annual incentive plan bonus and benefits may include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.

Base: $75,000 - $125,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive plan bonus; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, disability, employee stock purchase plan, life insurance

3-5 years experience in digital marketing
CX and eCommerce responsibility
Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing
Experience leading SEO/SEM campaigns
Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Proficient in Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Ad Words
