CHEF’STORE® is seeking a Manager of Digital and eCommerce to oversee their online sales and digital marketing strategies. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office and focuses on enhancing customer experience through effective digital marketing practices

Job Summary

  • The Manager of Digital and eCommerce will manage the team that is responsible for our eCommerce sales both internally with our click and collect program but also third-party delivery sites like Instacart.
  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring competitors in a given industry.
  • This role will also receive an annual incentive plan bonus and benefits may include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.

  • CX and eCommerce responsibility
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Ad Words
