  • The Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing (APTM) organization is responsible for developing and enabling Intel’s next‑generation advanced packaging and test technologies.
  • In this role your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Drives technology development and enablement for both high volume manufacturing and future technology, provides process integration and equipment solutions, and performs feasibility studies to meet desired device specifications.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree Mechanical Engineering or related field with 4+ years experience
  • PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2+ years experience
  • Experience with Pro/Engineer (Creo), SolidWorks, or AutoCAD
  • Experience with GD&T application
  • Experience in tooling, fixtures, or precision hardware development
  • Experience with elastomer socket technology or compliant mechanical interconnect systems
