The position is accountable for end-to-end flow from demand shaping to solution design, delivery, and BAU handover while ensuring seamless collaboration.

Must-have
4+ years project management experience
End-to-end portfolio orchestration
CAPEX/OPEX budget planning and governance
Agile principles and delivery management
Vendor and resource management modeling
Digital product lifecycle management
Nice-to-have
PMP or IPMP certification preferred
FMCG or Pharma industry background
AI-native engineering knowledge
China innovation ecosystem experience
Business value stream mapping skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or MBA required
PMP, IPMP, or similar certification preferred
Minimum 4 years of project management experience
Experience in multi-national company PMO environment
