Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 12+ years of Strategic HR role
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Experience in publicly traded and private equity owned environments preferred
  • HRBP experience with carve outs, IPO, M&A/Due Diligence, start-ups highly desired
  • Cross functional roles in Talent Management /OD or consulting firm experience preferred
