You’ll assist with onboarding and providing training and continuity for a growing team of HR and pay professionals who need to ramp up quickly from unit and battalion level operations to understanding how they relate to functions at the State and National levels.

2+ years of experience supporting Army National Guard mobilizations or Soldier Readiness Processing
