Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • 3 years experience in quality related role
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Root cause analysis using SPC and Cpk
  • Investigation of DR/QEM/MRB issues

Nice-to-have

  • CATIA or UG CAD/CAM proficiency
  • Lean Manufacturing exposure
  • Ability to design inspection gauges
  • Aviation manufacturing experience
  • Strong self-discipline and communication

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university
  • Major in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years manufacturing experience
  • About 3 years quality role experience
  • CET-4 English level required
