Job Summary
Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert, shaping and enhancing our total rewards programs to ensure they are competitive, fair, and aligned with our commitment to attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent.
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation frameworks, salary structures, and job evaluations, while overseeing key annual processes like compensation reviews and benefits renewals.
Collaborate with the HRIS team to optimize total rewards processes using Workday, ensuring seamless management of compensation changes and benefits plan updates, and maintain pay equity through data analysis.

Key Requirements
5 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards
Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field

Advanced Excel skills and cost modeling experience
