The Registered Behavior Technician provides direct client services to children and adolescents with high-intensity complex behaviors such as aggression and self-injury.
This role focuses on the reduction of complex behaviors and increasing adaptive skills under the close clinical oversight of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
Staff must be prepared to work in pressured situations, utilize safe crisis prevention procedures, and wear adaptive clothing to maintain safety.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Current Registered Behavior Technician certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
Marcus Crisis Prevention Program Tier Five completion within 90 days
