Job Summary
Handle some of the largest and most complex claims in the industry, including multi-vehicle auto accidents, plant explosions, class action injury claims, and catastrophic product liability claims.
Review coverage under Excess Commercial General liability and auto policies, participate in claim investigation, and control litigation strategy, including directing litigation, attending mediations and trials, and assessing liability and damages.
Utilize Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as appropriate and necessary, and effectively strategize and budget litigation of each claim through discussions with counsel, vendors, and insureds.
