Job Summary
Directly responsible for lens processing/metrology and related processes during XR product NPI and MP phases, including new process machine introduction, new process development, and customer demand prototyping.
Ensure all process documents and technical operations are established, implemented, and up-to-date, driving correct process implementation and rectifying wrong operations.
Support PRO for operator-friendly shop floor environment improvements and participate in Cost-down activities during the NPI phase.
