Job Summary

  • This position provides advanced technical human resources administration for Saint Paul College by independently managing complex personnel transactions, leading recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining and auditing employee data across multiple HR information systems, and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements, personnel plans, and state and federal requirements.
  • The HR Technician serves as a technical subject matter resource for HR staff, academic leaders, and supervisors by interpreting contracts, policies, and procedures; identifying and resolving data discrepancies; and ensuring accuracy and consistency in HR systems and employment actions.
